Please read these Terms of Business thoroughly. Any work carried out by Angel Digital is based on the understanding that these Terms are understood and accepted by the customer. If you do not agree to be legally bound by all the following terms please do not access and/or use Angel Digital.

The images and designs used on the Angel Digital website are the property of Angel Digital and their respective copyright owners and are used by Angel Digital with express authorisation. You must not use, reproduce, modify or distribute our images or any part of those images in any manner. In the event that there is any dispute between us in relation to this issue, you agree that until the matter is resolved, an interim injunction will be ordered, which will prevent any further use or distribution of the image until a final court hearing.

The placing of an order implies acceptance of these terms and conditions. Work should be accompanied by an official order form or purchase order and signed by an authorised person. Verbal instructions are accepted on the basis that Angel Digital will not be held responsible for any error that may arise. Angel Digital shall be entitled to sub-contract any service it agrees to perform.

An order and the acceptance of a quotation must be accompanied by sufficient information to enable Angel Digital to fulfil the order and both parties must agree any modifications in advance. Angel Digital must have the fullest details of a request to ensure an accurate quotation. Subsequent variation to the specification contained within a description can render the quotation void.

Angel Digital reserves the right to alter prices without notice. Work carried out, whether preliminary, experimentally or otherwise, at the customer's request, will be charged accordingly.

Angel Digital services can only apply where the files from the customer are 'print ready'. 'Print ready' means that the files do not require any modification or manipulation by Angel Digital. Any modification or manipulation by Angel Digital to complete a job will be charged at £50.00 per hour with a minimum charge of £10.00.

Delivery to the customer will be by the most affordable means for that item and this charge is payable by the customer. Delivery will be by one of the following means: Royal Mail, Parcel Force and courier.

Damages - Full refunds will be made by Angel Digital for items lost or damaged in transit. You should keep all packaging and/or artwork as found and notify us within 1 day of the item arriving in damaged condition to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Angel Digital takes into account, wherever technically possible, requests regarding colour balance. However, without special instruction or colour sample guide, reproduction of colour will be deemed faithful at the discretion of Angel Digital. Unless clearly specified, printing compositions will be at the discretion of Angel Digital whose decision will be final.

All stated print and trim sizes are nominal and Angel Digital will accept no liability for minor variations in size.

While every care and precaution against loss or damage to originals or articles entrusted to Angel Digital will be taken, liability for loss or damage shall be limited to the invoice value of the reproduction element of that particular original or article. Where such value is considered insufficient, written notice must be given to Angel Digital so that insurance may be arranged on any one specific original, the cost of which will be passed on to the customer.

Without prejudice to other remedies, Angel Digital shall in respect of all unpaid debts due from the customer, retain title to the goods until such debts are paid. In the event of a customer being unable to pay debts, Angel Digital may recover the goods which are it property by virtue of this clause by means it deems necessary.

Angel Digital shall not be required to print any matter, which in its opinion is or may be of an illegal, immoral or libellous nature. Angel Digital shall be indemnified by the customer in respect of any claims, costs and expenses arising out of any libellous matter printed for the customer or any infringement of trade marks, copyright, patent or design.

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all material presented for photography, printing, copying, duplicating or any other form of reproduction is free from any third party claims for breach of copyright or license.

A request may be cancelled after work has been commenced provided all costs incurred up to the time of cancellation are paid.

Where no other terms have been specified, Angel Digital's terms of payment regarding established credit accounts are payable in full within 30 days of the date of the invoice. In the case of new business, the terms are strictly payment on delivery until an account has been established. This will only be arranged at the discretion of Angel Digital.

Angel Digital reserves the right to add five percent per week to overdue accounts.

Angel Digital are not responsible for the care and handling of any prints once received by the customer. Angel Digital are not liable for damage caused by third parties.

Life expectancy and performance of any canvas printing is based on manufacturers claims.

Angel Digital are not liable for any deviation in quality or consistency of printed images and media.

Angel Digital may occasionally email you with special offers and new services to the site. If you receive these, you will have the opportunity to unsubscribe yourself from any further messages on the email you have received. Please be assured our aim is not in any way to invade your privacy, but merely to inform you of items that, given your experience in dealing with Angel Digital, may enhance it still further.
